Either as a stand-alone project or part of a larger site package. Before any building or landscaping work, it is important the area is cleared correctly and left tidy.

Site clearance would include the removal of waste, old foundations, tree stumps, root balls and hardcore.

We hold a waste carriers license and have completed site clearance projects for small gardens to major developments.  A risk assessment, method statement and site waste management plan are all completed at tender stage.  This ensures as many materials as possible are recycled / reused, therefore cutting the cost for the client and reducing the overall environmental impact.

All our site supervisors, operatives are experienced and trained and respectful of noise, dust and pollution restrictions, helping build a working rapport with both the client and the site neighbours, creating a positive atmosphere for when the next contractor arrives.
